Here’s what you need and how to quickly and easily make your own.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup organic crispy puffed quinoa
  2. ¼ cup oats
  3. 1/2 cup mixed roasted chopped nuts - organic almonds, organic cashews, organic pumpkin seeds, organic mammoth pecan halves
  4. 3 tbsp summer blend honey
  5. 2 tsp coconut oil
  6. A pinch of Himalayan salt (or to taste)
  7. ¼ tsp organic cinnamon powder 
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add puffed quinoa, chopped nuts, oats, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl. Mix these and then add coconut oil, vanilla extract, and honey until fully mixed and all nuts are coated evenly.
  3. Spread this mixture evenly on the baking sheet and press into a single layer. 
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes without stirring, until granola is golden but not burned. 
  5. Allow the granola to cool down completely without stirring. Once cooled, break into clusters.
  6. Store granola in an airtight container.
  7. Enjoy it on its own or add it to milk or yogurt.
